"Deliver new messages to" settings

Hi,

I have several email addresses (all POP3) going to my Outlook 2010 account. I have 3 computers and it seems they act differently. Let's say, my addresses are Jen@..., Allwyna@, Nat@. In one computer I have ONE Inbox, then they all come into it. In another one, I have 3 Inboxes, which is very annoying, I miss some emails since I forget to check all of them. I can't (doesn't allow me to) change the location. I work with Win 7.

I have Jen -> Inbox, Alwyna -> Inbox, Nat -> Inbox, I want Inbox -> Jen, and Allwyna and Nat under the same Inbox.

I set them up manually. I just bought a new computer (with Win 8 but I think it doesn't matter) and have to set Outlook up. I did it yesterday and it comes the wrong way, so I have to uninstall Office and reinstall it (and pray). Can you tell me if I have to set "Deliver new messages" to New Outlook Data File or Existing Outlook data File, and which one (Browse)?

I thank you very much for your help.

Cheers.

Reinstalling won't help as it is just a configuration setting and those are preserved during a reinstall.

You can use the Change Folder button on the E-mail tab in your Account Settings to set the default delivery folder.
